After payment is confirmed,
we will require 1-2 weeks lead time to hand make your orders.
All orders will then be sent upon completion.
Once the orders are ready, the parcel will require
1 - 3days to arrive at your doorstep.

1. How long does it take for my orders to process and ship?
Total delivery time depends on the order items. The more complex it is to make, the longer the processing time take.
Processing Time (before shipment):
PE Foam Figurines: 1-3days.
Flower Bouquets: 1-3days.
Jewellery 1-3days.
Preserved Floral Figurines: 8-12days.
Davena: 5-21days.
All Kiko Castalia’s items are meticulously curated in Singapore, Austria, New Zealand, Guangzhou, and Canada. We kindly ask that you allow 1-21 business days (excluding weekends) before we ship your order. If you need to meet a certain deadline or need expedited shipping, we may be able to accommodate your request. Please reach out to us and we’ll see what we can do.
2. Can I pick-up my items?
No. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, we have closed our storefront and no longer allow self pick-up for the time being.
3. Can I cancel my order or change my shipping address after placing the order?
You may request a cancellation before we process your order. An address change could be applied any time before your order has shipped. Check your order status here or contact us directly with your order number.
4. Will I receive a tracking number when my order ships?
Yes! You will be notified via email with your tracking number once your package has been tendered.
5. How are your products shipped?
We typically ship through NinjaVan, or personal couriers.
6. International Shipping
We currently only ship to Johor Bahru. Please contact us to check the availability of oversea shipping.
