Money Back Guarantee

If your item has a major defect, please send a picture or video of proof within 3 days upon collection for a 100% money refund.

Once validated, you may request for an exchange or refund. Please refer below to ensure the requirement for refund/return is valid.

Return/Exchange Policy

If you've received the wrong item, please send a picture of proof within 3 days upon collection. Once validated, we will provide an exchange.

(Do not worry, all items are checked before delivery)

To prevent refund / return abuse, we will refuse suspicious claims.

Note: The customer will bear the cost of return shipping.

Refunds/Returns Policy

Lost / Stolen mails; No refunds. All items comes with tracking information.

Measurements; No refund/exchange. please allow 1-3cm difference due to manual measurement.

Free transparent box or any packaging materials is used for packaging purposes only and is not sold as part of any product.

  1. All web returns must be claimed within 90 days from the date of receipt . All returned products must be in original, unopened, & resalable condition, identical to the condition that it was received in, with all original documentation, boxes, etc. Customers also have the option to receive 100% store credit for a return item.

  2. For web exchange the product must be returned within 90 days of purchase date, in identical condition you received it in and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  3. There are no returns on used parts, closeouts, or special order items. 

  4. Please insure the product when you ship it back Kiko Castalia. If we receive an item that is damaged, or your package is lost by the courier, you will receive no credit from Kiko Castalia and you must take up the damage claim with the courier. You assume all responsibility associated with processing an insurance claim with the courier you select.

  5. Inspect your merchandise BEFORE you sign for it. Do not sign or accept a package if it shows any sign of damage or is open at all as the freight company will not pay full reimbursement. The watch colors and finishes you see in the digital pictures may not match the actual product exactly due to lighting, monitor settings, screen quality, etc.  We do our best, but everyone has different digital displays.

  6. Please contact us before all returns / exchanges.

All Davena watches are equipped with original parts and undergo quality inspections before shipping. A protective film is applied to the surface. Please refrain from removing it while trying it on as it affects the possibility of resale. No returns or exchanges will be granted in such cases.

Davena Warranty

Within 1 year of the original purchase date, we shall be responsible for repair according to the warranty as described below:

1. Additionally Movement and Battery Warranty: 2 years of the original purchase date.

2. Free repairs to correct watch manufacturing and functional defects present at the time of purchase and not attributed to wear and tear. We are not responsible for repairs or maintenance for the following:

3. Damaged or wrinkled leather straps, damage to metallic straps including damage to the links, fading of the metallic plate or scratches to the case and general wear and tear. Please note that electro plated surfaces may fade, oxidise or wear with friction and through air pollution. This is a natural phenomenon not covered by the warranty.

4. Outside the warranty period, repairs to damage caused by normal use or misuse that involve replacement parts will to be charged accordingly.

5. Removal of the bottom cover or replacement of the battery by a non-professional can cause damage to the movement and/or battery. If this is the case, the warranty is void.

Jewellery Warranty

1. Does your stones come with certificate?

No, to keep the prices affordable, we do not certify our pieces. Feel free to certify them on your own.

 

2. Do you offer a Craftsmanship Warranty?

We provide a one-year warranty on the craftsmanship of all our jewellery from the date of completion. During the first year, we will repair your piece free of charge for any structural integrity flaws. This does not include silver tarnish, refer to Jewellery Care to prolong your jewellery. Center stones are not under warranty and will need to be insured in case of loss of stone or irreparable damage.

We recommend you to add your fine jewellery piece to a homeowners, renters, or individual insurance policy; this will protect against loss, damage or theft of jewellery, which we are not liable for. It is your responsibility to ship and insure your jewellery, Kiko Castalia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please be sure to insure and track any pieces you ship to us should repairs be needed.

 

3. Do you offer a warranty on lost or damaged stones?

We will replace small diamonds and gemstones free of charge within the first year after the piece is purchased (2mm and smaller). After the first year, should there be damage to the piece (missing prong, etc), we will replace the diamonds/stones at cost to the client. Center stones are not under warranty and will need to be insured in case of loss of stone or irreparable damage.

We recommend you add your fine jewellery piece to a homeowners, renters, or individual insurance policy; this will protect against loss, damage, or theft of jewellery, which we are not liable for. Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in coloured gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered part of the stones character and should not be considered a defect.
